We are an inter-denominational ministry supporting individuals, families and churches across Adelaide in regards to sexuality and LGBT+ issues. We aim to help people navigate the difficult terrain between struggling with LGBT+ issues and living godly and God-honouring lives. 

Our services include:

• Facilitating pastoral support to those who struggle with unwanted same-sex attraction 

• Facilitating pastoral support to families with members who identify as LGBT+

• Offering referrals to appropriate counselling services

• Providing support and resources to churches seeking to grow in this area of pastoral care

What we Believe

that Christians can be sexually attracted to members of the same sex, but because of the fear of rejection, ostracism and condemnation may be unwilling to disclose their struggles, and so do not receive appropriate support from the Christian community

that some Christians may seek and may find changes in the strength and/or direction of their same sex attraction

that because of sin, every Christian experiences brokenness in all areas of our lives, including our relationships in general and our sexuality in particular, so that the wounds we all carry require God’s transforming intervention

the Bible’s teaching that marriage between one man and one woman is the only appropriate relationship for human sexual activity

for all Christians to live sacrificially for God’s glory irrespective of our particular struggles with sin, expecting the Holy Spirit to strengthen us in our weaknesses, empower us to resist temptation, and transform us more to be like Christ as we live in hope of His return when all things will be made new.

for local churches which will both declare and display God’s love, so that all Christians might be blessed with deep, rich and intimate relationships in which they are encouraged to fix their eyes on Jesus and are equipped to bear one another’s burdens in love.

dOCTRINAL sTATEMENT

1. We believe the Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments are the inspired Word of God, the final authority for doctrine, reproof, correction and instruction in right living.

2. We believe in one God, existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

3. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, fully man and fully God, one and only Son of the Father. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, and lived a sinless life. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, died, was buried, and rose physically from the dead. He ascended to the right hand of the Father and will come again in power and glory.

4. We believe that faith alone in Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord frees us from the mastery of sin, and its consequences of death and eternal separation from God. Jesus assumed the penalty of death Himself, and enables us to live out of His resurrected life unto eternity.

5. We believe the Holy Spirit carries out this work of renewal in our lives, empowering us to grow in loving union with our Heavenly Father and to walk in obedience to His will.

6. We believe that the church of Jesus Christ is formed of all those who know Him as their Saviour and Lord, regardless of denominational beliefs.
